    NOTES:
  1. The charge of REAL BANK is paid by ordering customer. The charges of correspondent banks and third-party banks are at the expense of receiver.
  2. The ordering customer pays the charges of all banks involved in a payment (except for those cases where there is a credit fee deduct agreement between the banks)
  3. For payments in Moscow and area, and, also, interregional electronic payments
  4. For payments by means of telegraphic and postal advice
  5. The mentioned charge relates also to the transactions in the EMU currencies - ATS, BEF, DEM, ESP, FIM, FRF, IEP, ITL, LUF, NLG, PTE.
  6. These commission rates apply to transactions handled in a routine fashion. The bank reserves the right to deduct special and extra commissions in case that extra volume of work is involved and/or extra-ordinary circumstances take place.
  7. Deduction of commission in the national currency at NBU rate is admissible on all kinds of transactions.
  8. The bank is entitled to collect commissions in any foreign currency. Amount of currency is calculated upon the rates of NBU.
  9. Amount of commission for transactions not mentioned in this document is a matter of separate agreement between the parties.
